Download driver Silicon Labs CDC Serial Port Drivers version 6.1.7601.17518 for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 32. I am inclined to believe that either the Silicon labs windows 10 - arm driver is problematic or the windows 10 iot core support for CP2102 has a problem (although you said it worked fine for you in an older edition though!). I have no idea what to try next. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Our Zigbee plugin requires the use of aNortek HUSBZB-1 Z-Wave & Zigbee combo interface. However, the drivers for this product are not automatically installed by Windows. Follow the steps below to install the drivers onto your HS4-powered Windows 7, 8 or 10 system. Note: Early HomeTroller S6 hubs were equipped with Windows 7.   1. Download the Silicon LabsCP210x driver for Window 10.
  2. Extract the zip file to a folder on your desktop.
  3. Open Windows Device Manager, you can press the Windows key and type Device Manager to locate it.
  4. Expand theOther Devices section, then locate the HubZ Zigbee Com Port. Make a note of which COM port this device is using as we will need it later.
  5. Right click on the device, then selectUpdate Driver.
  6. ClickBrowse my computer for driver software, thenLet me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
  7. LeaveShow All Devices checked, then clickNext andHave Disk.
  8. ClickBrowse...Navigate to the folder you extracted the files to in step 2.
  9. Select the file silabser.inf, clickOpen,then clickOK.
  10. Click Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge and thenNext.
  11. If you get a warning that Windows cannot confirm the device ID, clickYes to continue.

Your Zigbee interface should now appear in the Ports (COM & LPT) section of the Device Manager with a different name. You are all set to setup the Zigbee plugin now!

  1. Download the Silicon LabsCP210x driver for Windows 7 or 8.
  2. Extract the zip file to a folder on your desktop.
  3. Navigate to the folder you created and runCP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe if you have 32 bit Windows orCP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe for 64 bit Windows. Follow the instructions in the installer until it is complete.
  4. Open Windows Device Manager, you can press the Windows key and type Device Manager to locate it.
  5. Expand the Other Devices section, then locate the HubZ Zigbee Com Port. Make a note of which COM port this device is using as we will need it later.
  6. Right click on the device, then select Update Driver.
  7. Click Browse my computer for driver software, then Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
  8. Scroll through the computer hardware list and selectPorts (COM & LPT), thenNext.
  9. FindSilicon Labs in the manufacturer list, select it and thenSilicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge in the model lest. Then clickNext.
  10. You will receive an 'Update Driver Warning', clickYes.
